Join us for the Wagga Women’s Wellness Forum on Wednesday 4 March 2026 at The Gardens Café & Function Centre, Wagga Wagga Botanic Gardens.

Held as part of NSW Women’s Week, this special day and evening event brings local women together for connection, practical learning and open conversation. Topics include perimenopause and menopause, mental wellbeing, movement, and women’s health across every stage of life.

As part of the Your Stories project, Wagga Wagga Medicare Mental Health Centre is inviting people to share their experience of the centre itself - things like how it felt walking through the door, being welcomed, and accessing support.
The focus is on what made the space feel safe, supportive, and approachable. You don’t need to share your mental health journey or what brought you to the service.

Join us for the Wagga Women’s Wellness Forum on Wednesday 4 March 2026 at The Gardens Café & Function Centre, Wagga Wagga Botanic Gardens.
