Ayurveda (Sanskrit: आयुर्वेद) is one of the oldest living medical systems in the world, dating back at least 5,000 years on the Indian subcontinent. Derived from its ancient Sanskrit roots ~ Ayur (life or longevity) and Veda (science or knowledge) … “The Science Of Life”. Ayurveda supports you to return to a balanced state of mind, body, and spirit, as well as nurturing your connection to the environment and the universe. From now until late MARCH 2023, I will be offering a half-price student clinic at and would love for you to come visit! I will be taking on all client types (male & female), as well as all ages. I do however have a special interest in supporting women who are looking to optimise their health and wellbeing for preconception, as well as Mumma’s who are in their postpartum stage of life and may be feeling depleted and imbalanced. ✨1:1 ENERGY WEAVING SESSIONS✨

Both in-person and online/distant sessions are equal to one another, no session looks the same as the last or next! There are similar themes that arise due to the global collective nature and human experiences we're all navigating, but it can honestly feel like a box of chocolates... I never know what im going to get!!

Testimonials/reviews can feel uncomfortable to request, and I never have any expectations from my clients, it's simply an invitation that is left up to the individual. I also can't guarantee how you'll come away from our session either. Some people feel light, relaxed and overall really good. Others have said they felt wiped out and energetically rolled, only to message davs later feeling amazing and have more clarity on many things.
The debrief can also hold its own frequency too!

Although Spirit will only ever show, and then ask me to share what is for the clients highest and good, as well as what's within their capacity to handle.... It's can at times be difficult for the client to hear/receive. This will always be food for thought ya'll....the MEDICINE in which we can choose to look at, and learn to understand how to evolve and heal more within ourselves and externally.

Nevertheless, I'm here to be of service in the best, clear and integral way I can and testimonials/reviews give insight to that and allow others to find me when needed. So thank you to all those trusting me to walk alongside you in the process. It’s an incredible honour.

I don’t have the answers, but I do have some reflections I felt called to share.

The world feels heavy, and my heart has been sitting with it all..like many.

These are just some words on how I’m making sense of things, finding hope, and choosing love in the middle of it. Maybe it lands for you too

🌿🥘Mother Ayurveda Nourishment🥘🌿

It’s been a little while on this one…I’ve needed time away from this offering over the past couple of years to integrate my own changes and growth. In that time, I’ve quietly continued to nourish and support here and there, and now I feel called to open this service more widely again. This may shift and evolve, I can’t say for certain…but for now, I want it to be available for those who are in need.

Mother Ayurveda is a service I hold on my own, born from a deep love of caring for others. Rooted in Ayurvedic wisdom, this offering centres around nourishing, wholesome food to support not only mothers in their postpartum journey but anyone, at any stage of life, who may need extra care, rest, and gentle support.

To honour my other commitments to space-holding, my children, family, and personal life, I hold a capacity of just two clients per month.

Currently servicing the Riverland and surrounding regions. I’m always happy to chat through any questions or menu enquiries you may have.

✨ Hello beautiful souls ✨

I’m so grateful to be extending one of my offerings that sits so close to my heart… the ancient Ayurvedic practice of nourishment through food. 🌿🍲

Right now, I am lovingly preparing meals for a mama-to-be in September, and I feel called to extend this as a one-time offering for just ONE other person. This is truly a one-off opportunity to receive (or gift) a bundle of warm, healing, soul-nourishing meals.

While it is deeply supportive for postpartum mamas, this offering is also open to ANYONE who feels the call to be replenished through food, or to those wishing to gift nourishment to a loved one.

I’ve created three packages, each thoughtfully tailored to different needs and levels of affordability.

A HUGE thank you to Leigh Barrett & Lisa Barrett from Brazen Brotherhood for joining us today.

To all those who came and shared in the conversations whats on their heart and minds around Mens Mental Health, thank you deeply. It’s going to take time, more open and often conversations around the issue, and ongoing momentum to truely creat the shift we want and can see for our future, and we’re absolutely here for the long haul.

Today felt like the most beautiful step in the right direction, shining light on areas around ways we can ALL show up for men. How woman also have a vital part to play in this change, and understand that systemic change takes time but consisency. Myself and others are passionate about this and are here for the slow steady and loving burn we hope will catch fire in all you too.

🔥MAN ON A MISSION EVENT🔥

UPDATE: Many of you have expressed a keen interest in next Saturdays event, but are out of town, working away or have other commitments. It’s cool guys, I know this one was short notice.

The impact and level of support we want to offer the community and Riverland region is deeply important and will be an ongoing process. So, while the original framework for our upcoming event on Saturday 12th April has changed to what was first planned, we’re still excited to host a casual meet-and-greet with Leigh Barrett who will be visiting the town, offering a presentations and Q&A to engage with the topic and address any questions or thoughts you may have😃

This is available to ALL (men, women and teens). If you are around we’d love to have you come say g’day and get a feel into the amazing energy Leigh brings to this cause. Stay tuned, as we’ll be rolling out more opportunities and fresh collaborations with and in the near future!
