We are passionate about investing in happy, healthy children, families and communities through fun, creative and inclusive yoga-based programs designed to nurture self-expression, self-confidence, body awareness, and strength of the body and mind. Our aim at every Little India session is to create an interactive class bursting with vibrancy and imagination through movement, playing, laughing, dancing, singing, music, storytelling and more! Our classes are a beautiful way for children to connect with themselves and their families and/or peers, developing a variety of important skills in a safe, friendly, non-competitive and non-religious environment. We draw from the internationally accredited Rainbow Kids Yoga teacher training program and tailor classes to virtually any theme or educational stream imaginable. Some examples include ‘Yoga Journey’s Around the World’, alphabet A-Z yoga, colours, emotions, environment, space, under the sea, animals, food, holiday seasons…the list goes on! Little India Yoga was created by Rethi Scaife in 2017. Rethi is a certified Children and Family Yoga teacher through Rainbow Kids Yoga, holding a Working with Children check and Senior First Aid qualifications.
