🗓️ Sunrise Yoga, every Thursday at 6.15am
🗓️ Family Yoga, every Saturday at 9am

Casual sessions are $21.50, with 10 ticket passes available. No bookings are required.

Consent cards: used to place at the top of your mat during practise, showing me (the teacher/instructor) if you wish for us to touch, correct and/or adjust you during the class. I will mostly use these in slow practise classes such as Hatha and Yin Yoga classes where there’s time to walk around as students stay in the postures for longer periods of time.
