I know that Halloween is relatively new in the Australian zeitgeist, but my Canadian heart is absolutely loving seeing the bayside community engagement on Halloween. I am embarrassed to say that my home/office is only demurely decorated, and I think I may have to work a little harder to enhance the festive feels.
I hope to see some of you down at the Wynnum Parade on Saturday the 28th or out hitting the streets earning some candy with your kids on Halloween night.

I am giving a shout out to a program I tried and loved.
I have my own yoga practice and I exercise 4-5 days a week, but that doesn't make me immune to to the occasional sore or cranky neck. I recently did the Yoga Body 21 day Happy Back challenge and REALLY enjoyed it.

Every month I select a nominee (sent in by you) for a free 60 minute massage. The intention is to help support someone who you would like to pay it forward for. Entries for July open June 1.

Hello all,

In February I kicked off my gratitude giveaway. Every month one person is given a complimentary one hour treatment after being nominated by a friend or family member. I wanted to offer my clients an additional support in supporting and showing appreciation to their love ones. A gift is a powerful gesture that conveys our love and care for one another, and I want to take the monetisation out of this gesture.

Since February, I have seen three women, all nominated by their female family members, and it has been an honour to be of assistance in celebrating their achievements, marking a milestone, or being a moment of reprieve through a hard time.
