Tarot is like our internal mirror, our subconscious mind leaning out to guide and direct us in the best possible way. I find it’s best used as a self-reflective, self-awareness tool, something that can empower us to bring a better understanding of who and where we are in our daily energetic life.

Each card is a representation of our path in life at many stages, our energetic possibilities and shadows mirrored to us, each one depicting various scenes of loss, gain, wisdom, strength, victory, abundance; so many possibilities can be seen and that could only be in one card. Our health and wellness is dependent on us being well balanced individuals. Leaning into the Tarot and understanding what it’s trying to teach us and what are the underlining threads running through our lives is one way of achieving that balance. Along with the balance we also flow with the natural energies of life, aiding us in our journey forward.
