As January comes to a close, I’m feeling so grateful for this beautiful Yoga Nidra January Summer Series .
Over the past weeks, we’ve explored:
Returning to Centre
Re-harmonising the Nervous System
Listening Inward
A Soft Reset
Letting Go of the Mental Load
and finally, Returning to Ease
Each practice invited us to slow down, soften, and meet ourselves with a little more kindness . Not by doing more, but by allowing less.
Thank you to everyone who showed up, rested, shared space, and trusted the process. It’s been a deeply nourishing journey to guide.
I’ll be taking a short break now, with Friday classes returning on 20th February.
Until then, keep resting, keep listening, and remember that ease is never far away.
