Kinesiology assists you to access the information you have within you. Your body is an amazing creation, it knows what it requires and Kinesiology can help you access that knowledge. Kinesiology uses muscle testing to identify blockages, imbalances and stressors to your physical, emotional, spiritual and subconscious body. Connect with your heart and soul to find your personal way of being, your journey, your answers, your truth. I am a Kinesiologist, Aromatherapist, reiki practitioner, midwife and nurse. I have worked in the health industry for 41 years and utilise the skills, tools and knowledge I have gained over those years, to provide a kinesiology based experience specific to you.

Did you know that I’ve studied aromatherapy, and that I incorporate my knowledge into your sessions?

Aromatherapy most definitely enhances the service I offer.

Sense of smell is so strongly connected to memory and the emotions.
Have you ever captured a hint of a scent that takes you right back to another time, place, experience or person?

Essential oil (eo) use in my kinesiology sessions with you, can be used to switch your emotions from a less than positive perspective to a positive one, or to infuse a positive emotion into meridians or acupressure points. Sometimes it’s about the message and insight an essential oil has for you.

I studied with Ron Guba, Australia’s’ ‘leading proponent of aromatic medicine’ through the University of Western Australia, way before I studied Kinesiology, and it has become an integral part of my work.

I always test up what oils you require and have them burning for you when you enter the Studio. Clients are amazed at the accuracy of this.
There are certainly no surprises when a clients’ body asks for a little essential oil assistance.

To all who are missing loved ones this Christmas.

Perhaps your loss is recent and your grief feels like a deep wound, or maybe it’s been a longer time and what remains is a lingering sense of melancholy.

Either way, that underlying emptiness in your heart that can’t quite be filled no matter how long it’s been or how many other wonderful people are in your life to love, and who are loving you back, will expose itself at the most unexpected times.

Remember though, that you are loved and held
not only by your family and friends, but by those who walk silently beside you, behind you, and by those who watch over you with tenderness and love.

Sending you love and a sense of peace ❤️

To all who are missing loved ones this Christmas.

Perhaps your loss is recent and your grief feels like a deep wound, or maybe it’s been a longer time and what remains is a lingering sense of melancholy.

Releasing other people’s emotions thoughts and words allows us to once again feel grounded and whole.
Place a hand over heart and another over solar plexus and a deep breath in and out. Consciously request other people’s thoughts words feelings and emotions tone returned to them with love, visualise this happening…
Ask that any of your thoughts, emotions words or feelings be returned to you from other people places or situations, so that you feel whole and complete again.
Deep breath in and out, feel grounded, and open your eyes.

Do this process as often as you feel the need.
