The Two new flower stalks are growing so fast.

They’re soft to touch at the moment but once they flower and develop seed pods that open they’ll be incredibly sharp. Just as the older stalks now are.

Did you know that in addition to being a Kinesiologist, I am also a Nurse and Midwife?

This gives me great insight into the body and it’s systems.
My area of specialty is Women’s Health.
I’ve worked in a Well Women’s Clinic, a Fertility Clinic, a Colposcopy Clinic, alongside a Gynaecologist, a Midwives Clinic and all areas pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum.

How can Kinesiology assist you as a woman?
Considering I work with the emotional, mental, spiritual and physical aspects of you, and both the conscious and unconscious ‘stuff’ .... a lot!

Some examples we can address together:

Pre-pregnancy: identifying and diffusing concerns that may be inhibiting conception.

Pregnancy: releasing fears around birthing, concerns around parenting, diffusing emotions that may present as discomfort.
Working specifically with pelvic muscles and ligaments to release anything inhibiting relaxation, comfort and ease, for the pregnancy and birthing process.

Postnatally: Working with you to allow a sense of confidence, calmness and positivity around your role as a Mother.
Diffusing any experience you perceive as having been difficult for you.

Mature women: Managing feelings around children becoming independent or moving out.
Hormonal concerns.
Adjusting to changing relationships.
