🧘‍♀️ Healthy Heart Healthy Body at Foote’s Pharmacy Walloon 🧘

This week, some of our staff made our way over to the Walloon Health Hub . The lovely Lisa kindly took us through a reformer Pilates class! Safe to say, we will be feeling muscles we didn’t know existed for a few days 😅

At the Walloon Health Hub, they offer a range of classes and gym equipment, with the added benefit of having a variety of allied health professionals all under the one roof! Lisa and the staff at the Hub have an abundance of knowledge and are willing to answer any questions you may have.

We definitely recommend checking out their socials for some educational content or give them a call today! We also have pamphlets in store.
