Recently I’ve felt a lot of pressure to keep consistent by posting 4 times a week since July. I’ve noticed that my screen time is waaay more than it should be 😅⁣

You may notice that I’m not posting as much on social media lately as I’m trying to practice being present 🧘🏽‍♀️⁣

For those who are in the same boat by getting your biz going through social media; I see you and I commend you ⁣🙏🏽

For those who are still feeling in limbo with their future being unknown; big hugs to you🤗⁣

All I can say is a little reminder for whoever needs to hear this: please trust the process, enjoy the present moment and everything will work out in divine timing ⁣

𝐌 𝐄 𝐃 𝐈 𝐓 𝐀 𝐓 𝐈 𝐎 𝐍🧘🏽‍♀️ There are many types of meditations for breathing, walking, sleeping, anxiety, chakra balancing to name a few
⁣
👉🏽WHY is meditation good for you? ⁣
✨Helps you get a good nights sleep ⁣
✨Improves brain functioning ⁣
✨Makes you feel happier ⁣
✨Increases energy ⁣
⁣
If you do find it find to focus, there are apps for guided meditation like calm, buddhify, headspace. Sometimes I even like to use YouTube🤓⁣

👉🏽How to meditate? ⁣
1️⃣Find a quiet spot ⁣
2️⃣Set a timer for your desired length ⁣
3️⃣ Sit comfortably in an upright position with your spine straight ⁣
4️⃣Close your eyes ⁣
5️⃣Focus on your breath ⁣
⁣
When your thoughts start to wander, bring your attention back to your breath⁣ 🌬
⁣
If you have crystals at home, try meditating with one in your hand and notice the difference ⁣🔮

There are SEVEN chakra points located along the spinal column and all chakras are connected to the various organs and glands within the body⁣

Imagine your chakra, if it’s working to optimal performance, spinning like a wheel. If you experience pain or trauma, that can create these blockages that stop the wheel, your chakra, from spinning. ⁣

Reiki helps to strengthen the body’s energetic flow to bring back balance and promotes well being on all levels by focusing on each individual chakra.⁣⁣

Everything in life requires balance. In this case, a chakra needs to be balanced but sometimes they can either be underactive or overactive which can be felt emotionally and/or physically.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
When a chakra is underactive, it means that the chakra is experiencing a blockage or is not distributing the flow of energy. For example, when your root chakra is underactive, it can affect your overall health. ⁣⁣

When a chakra is overactive, it means that the chakra is distributing too much energy. It is working in overdrive and bringing imbalance to the chakra. For example, when your root chakra is overactive, it affects your overall health also.⁣⁣

Did you know that you are your own healer? I always verbally say this but the other week I saw ’s post this and I was like YES! ⁣🙌🏽

When you read something, it really affirms it to yourself! 💥💥
⁣
Yes, I say that I practice Reiki healing - but by no means do I ever say that I am a healer because that’s not what I am🙅🏽‍♀️
⁣
All that energy practitioners do is act as a channel/messenger from the universal life force for you to activate your own self healing 🩹⁣
⁣
People have asked me before: “am I healed now?” or “how many sessions do I need before I am healed?” ⁣
⁣
You know yourself better than anyone else, your intuition is your internal compass 🗝⁣
⁣
Another question I get asked is “does it only take one session to be healed?” ⁣
⁣
My reply always will be “imagine you wanted that fit gym body, does it happen after one session?” ⁣
⁣
I give you the tools for you to help yourself like a personal trainer but for your spiritual health in a holistic way 😉⁣
⁣
Many of my students who have learnt Reiki 1 don’t have the intention to become a practitioner. I’ve had some who are cabin crew, yoga teachers, paralegal and purely wanted to learn Reiki to start their own healing journey ✨⁣

So it’s all about when YOU are ready to start your own healing journey 😘⁣

1️⃣ I work full-time as an international cabin crew, 64 countries and counting ✈️ 🌏⁣

WHAT IS REIKI? 🧐 It is a Japanese alternative form of holistic healing, founded in the early 1920s by Dr Mikao Usui

Reiki promotes deep relaxation, energizes the whole body and mind, releases toxins, balances your energy and your chakra system + so much more ✨⁣

Reiki can be performed in-person or by distance (the practitioner must be attuned to the second degree of Reiki)
