We’re excited to welcome Liam Spruce to the Sublime Care team as our new Team Leader for ILO in Cardiff! 🌟

Liam brings 10 years of experience in the disability sector, having worked across community access, respite, supported independent living, disability employment services, and school leaver employment supports. What started as a part time job at 18 quickly became a lifelong career, driven by his passion for making a meaningful difference in people’s lives.

Outside of work, Liam enjoys movies, reading, and gaming, and loves spending time with his partner Emily and their daughter Frankie. As a family, they enjoy heading to the beach together.

Meet Kimberly Kerr, our Intake Administrator supporting NDIS and Supported Accommodation Homes at Sublime Care. 🌟

Kimberly plays an important role in guiding new participants through the onboarding process, ensuring documentation is completed smoothly and that every individual feels welcomed and supported from day one. She is passionate about creating a positive first experience and helping people feel heard at the very beginning of their journey with us. 💙

With over four years of experience in the NDIS space, Kimberly began her career as a Disability Support Worker before moving into administration and team leadership within disability and community services. She holds Mental Health First Aid accreditation and is eager to continue learning.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends, watching crime shows, getting outdoors, and spending time around animals, especially Rottweilers. 😊

Meet Lara Dewhurst, a Graduate Speech Pathologist who has recently joined the Sublime Care team. 🌟

In her role, Lara supports individuals with communication and swallowing needs, working closely with clients, families, and the wider care team to deliver person centred and evidence based therapy. 💙

Lara recently completed her Speech Pathology degree at the University of Newcastle, where she gained valuable hands on experience working with individuals across the lifespan. As a new graduate in the disability sector, she is passionate about making a meaningful difference by supporting communication, independence, and participation in everyday life.

Outside of work, Lara enjoys going to the gym, staying active, and socialising with friends. She brings a positive, approachable, and enthusiastic energy to both her work and the team.

Please join us in welcoming Elli Egan to the Sublime Care team as a Team Leader! 🌟

In her role, Elli supports and guides our incredible support workers to deliver high quality services that empower NDIS participants to achieve their goals. 💙

Elli brings over five years of leadership experience from a residential boarding facility in Far North Queensland, where she supported young people from remote communities to access education, employment, and training as they transitioned into adulthood. She holds a Certificate IV in Community Services and is currently studying a dual diploma in Mental Health and Alcohol and Other Drugs.

Elli is passionate about helping people realise their potential and loves seeing the joy and confidence that comes from achieving meaningful goals.

Outside of work, Elli is a proud mum of two young children and enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, swimming, bike riding, and exploring in the sunshine. She also loves personal development and can often be found listening to podcasts or reading a good book.

We’re thrilled to introduce Brooke Forbes, who joins Sublime Care as our Clinical Team Leader. 💙

In this role, Brooke supports and manages a team of support workers and participants, providing clinical guidance, mentoring, and leadership to ensure high quality and well coordinated care.

Brooke is a Registered Nurse with four years of experience and completed her studies at the University of Newcastle. She undertook her graduate program at John Hunter Hospital, rotating through a variety of specialties before specialising in trauma orthopaedics. Brooke went on to work as a Team Leader in this space, managing staff and patient care, and is currently completing a postgraduate degree in Clinical Education.

Brooke’s journey also includes hands on experience in aged care and as a Disability Support Worker with Sublime Care, giving her a strong appreciation for person centred support and frontline care delivery.

Outside of work, Brooke enjoys spending time with friends and family, beach days, Pilates, and unwinding with some reality TV.

We’re excited to welcome Elizabeth Swan to the Sublime Care team as an Occupational Therapist supporting NDIS participants. 💙

Elizabeth brings valuable experience from private practice, having worked with a mixed caseload of complex clients. She is highly skilled in completing Functional Capacity Assessments using standardised tools and clinical observation, and in delivering individualised interventions across emotional regulation, executive functioning, sensory processing, activities of daily living, routines, and community participation.

Prior to joining the NDIS space, Elizabeth worked in rehabilitation services, completing workplace and ergonomic assessments and Activities of Daily Living assessments. This background enables her to provide practical, capacity focused recommendations that promote independence and meaningful participation.

Outside of work, Elizabeth values balance and wellbeing and enjoys taking time to recharge. She brings a gentle, conscientious, and empathetic approach to her work, and we are thrilled to have her as part of our growing team! 💙

We’re excited to welcome Kymberly Lemon to the Sublime Care team as our Office Administrator. 💙

As the first friendly face our clients see when they visit, Kymberly plays an important role in supporting the smooth day to day running of our office.

With over 10 years of administrative experience across a range of industries, Kymberly brings strong organisational skills and attention to detail to her role. She holds a Certificate III in Business Administration and a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking. This is her first role in the disability sector, and she is driven by her love of helping people and supporting a positive workplace environment.

Outside of work, Kymberly enjoys gaming with friends on her PC, training her service dog Moose, and taking on home renovation projects.

We’re delighted to welcome Kylie Mitrevski to the Sublime Care team as a Speech Pathologist, supporting adults to improve their communication and swallowing skills and enhance their independence and quality of life. 💙

Kylie began her journey in the disability sector as a Disability Support Worker before working as an Allied Health Assistant in the not for profit space. These experiences inspired her to pursue Speech Pathology and continue supporting people in meaningful and person centred ways.

Outside of work, Kylie enjoys staying active through running and swimming, spending time with friends, and bringing her positive and upbeat energy wherever she goes.
