We’re delighted to welcome Chelsy Brandt, our new Junior Roster Coordinator. ✨

In this role, Chelsy supports our aged care services by ensuring shifts are rostered effectively and that each participant receives the support they need. She works closely with the team to help maintain consistent, reliable care for our clients. 💙

With a People Performance Qualification, Chelsy brings valuable experience in rostering and workforce coordination. She has previously managed rosters for teams of over 60 staff members, balancing business needs while supporting strong performance outcomes. As this is her first role within this sector, she is excited to learn, grow, and build her knowledge along the way.

When she’s not supporting the team behind the scenes, Chelsy enjoys relaxing with a good book and baking desserts for her family. 🍰📚

You’ve asked and we have delivered — We’re excited to share that our Speech Therapy team in Newcastle is now growing to 6! 💙

With two new clinicians joining at the end of January, we now have increased capacity to support both adult and pediatric clients across the region.

This growth allows us to continue providing timely, person-centred support to individuals and families across Newcastle, Hunter Valley, Port Stephens, and the Central Coast.

Welcome to Sublime Care, Grace! 🌟

We’re delighted to welcome Grace Prow, our new Intake Administrator. ✨

In this role, Grace is often the first friendly voice our clients hear. She supports participants and families by answering enquiries, assisting with invoices, explaining our services, and helping manage important paperwork, while working closely with our wonderful team to ensure a smooth and supportive experience. 💙

With a background in communication and management, Grace brings patience, empathy, and a genuine openness to meeting new people. Her experience tutoring music for people of all ages has helped shape her calm, understanding approach and strong people skills.

When she’s not supporting our clients and team, Grace enjoys exploring her creative side through music and film. She plays piano, bass, drums, and guitar, and loves the collaboration and teamwork that music brings. 🎶

We’re excited to introduce Hanna, our new Clinical Care Educator who will be covering for Maddy during her maternity leave. With over 10 years of nursing experience across acute surgical units, community health, and remote locations, Hanna brings both depth of knowledge and heart to her role.

Passionate about person-centred care and empowering others through training, she’s already making an impact by supporting our team to deliver safe, confident, and high-quality care.

Outside of work, Hanna loves spending time with family and friends, camping, and discovering new cafés. We’re thrilled to have her on board!

We’re excited to welcome Corinne Davies, our newest Intake Coordinator – Support at Home & NDIS. Corinne brings valuable experience from her previous role as an Intake Coordinator in Tasmania, along with a strong background in administration within a private nursing company.

Since 2019, Corinne has dedicated herself to aged care support and is now expanding her expertise into the disability sector—ensuring every new participant enjoys a smooth and welcoming start to their Sublime Care journey.

Outside of work, Corinne loves spending time with her family, especially her lively three-year-old granddaughter. She also enjoys outdoor adventures with her much-loved (and very dramatic!) French bulldog. 🐾😄

• Maintain compliance, quality standards, and KPIs
• Review documentation, reports, and incident records
• Run check-ins, meetings, and goal-planning sessions
• Build strong relationships with participants, families, and stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement and support audits
