Beth will guide us through a gentle meditation + soothing sound bath - as Valerie moves around the circle offering 1:1 relaxing Reiki that flows through your crown chakra. Afterwards, she will share any channeled psychic messages that come through from your guides.

This gentle journey will support the opening of the heart, harmonising the chakras, and attuning to the universal life force energy that flows through all beings — beyond culture, language, or story.

R E I K I ♥️ Level 1 & Level 2 Training
The past two Sundays were spent immersed in the sacred work of teaching Usui Reiki — Level 1 Shoden and Level 2 Okuden.

Each student arrived with openness, courage, and a sincere respect for the lineage, allowing the energy to move gently and intelligently through them.

The room held a beautiful balance of stillness, insight, laughter, emotion, and deep listening.
There was no rushing — only reverence for the process and trust in the unfolding.

Teaching Reiki is never about imparting knowledge alone.
It is about holding space, honouring the lineage, and witnessing students step into their own relationship with Reiki.

To these four amazing women — thank you for your presence, your trust, and your integrity. I am deeply honoured to walk this path with you.

May Reiki continue to guide your hands, your hearts, and your lives.

This immersive experience gently guides you through 9 of the chakras, from the anchor and grounding support of the Earth Star Chakra & Root Chakra to the expansive wisdom of the Crown & Soul Star Chakra.

Silent Walking Meditation – Spiral by the Sea. Tuesday 30th of December.

As the year gently comes to a close, you’re invited to gather with us by the ocean for a mindful walking meditation (in silence) on the sand.

Together, we’ll soften into the heart space and gently reflect on the year that has been - before making our way onto the sand in front of the Wamberal Surf Club where we will walk the double spiral:

🐍 Walking into the Spiral - winding inward with the wisdom of the Snake, with the intention to shed or release what no longer fits /aligns.

🌀 At the centre, we will set down what we don’t wish to carry with us into the new year.

🐎 Walking out of the Spiral - we wind outward with the energy of the Horse, to step into the new year with openness, freedom, and trust.

We return with a sense of lightness, spaciousness, and openness to what wishes to emerge next.

Held in silence, with the rhythm of the ocean, the sky above us and the sand beneath our feet - this is a space to slow down, ground, reflect and reconnect.
