Join us for a deeply nourishing guided chakra meditation weaving together relaxation, sound, visualisation and intention to restore balance, clarity and energetic alignment.

This immersive experience gently guides you through the seven major chakras, from the grounding support of the Root to the expansive wisdom of the Crown.

We will journey through:
🔴 Root Chakra – safety, belonging, grounding
🟠 Sacral Chakra – creativity, pleasure, emotional flow
🟡 Solar Plexus – confidence, courage, manifestation
💚 Heart Chakra – love, forgiveness, compassion
🔵 Throat Chakra – truth, expression, integrity

Silent Walking Meditation – Spiral by the Sea. Tuesday 30th of December.

As the year gently comes to a close, you’re invited to gather with us by the ocean for a mindful walking meditation (in silence) on the sand.

Together, we’ll soften into the heart space and gently reflect on the year that has been - before making our way onto the sand in front of the Wamberal Surf Club where we will walk the double spiral:

🐍 Walking into the Spiral - winding inward with the wisdom of the Snake, with the intention to shed or release what no longer fits /aligns.

🌀 At the centre, we will set down what we don’t wish to carry with us into the new year.

🐎 Walking out of the Spiral - we wind outward with the energy of the Horse, to step into the new year with openness, freedom, and trust.

We return with a sense of lightness, spaciousness, and openness to what wishes to emerge next.

Held in silence, with the rhythm of the ocean, the sky above us and the sand beneath our feet - this is a space to slow down, ground, reflect and reconnect.

At the centre, you’ll be invited to lay down anything you no longer wish to carry into the new year.

As we walk back out of the spiral, we return with a sense of lightness, spaciousness, and openness to what wishes to emerge next.

G R A T I T U E S D A Y 💜 Creative Mindfulness. Last night we went on an imaginal journey within, to connect with the inner wisdom & guidance from our Higher Self as we reflected on the year that has been ✨

The soothing tones of the crystal bowls drifted through the space, intertwining with the rhythm of the ocean waves as they crashed and tumbled onto the sand —enveloping us in a beautifully immersive soundscape 🌊

We followed the quiet pull of our intuition beneath the building energies of the Full Moon in Gemini as we moved through the collage process, allowing new layers of insight and meaning to emerge in support of our intention 💖

Creative Mindfulness practices are a beautiful way to slow down & sink more deeply into stillness & quiet presence - unlocking the wisdom from within 🔑
