There are moments in this work where everything softens, where the stories settle, the nervous systems unwind,
and a room full of carers, parents, and brave humans remember who they are beneath the weight they’ve been carrying.

This weekend was one of those moments.

We laughed.
We cried.
We floated under the sun, breathed under the trees, and shared meals that nourished more than our bodies.

We watched women and two beautiful girls return to themselves.
We watched connection weave its way through every hug, every conversation, every breath.

This retreat wasn’t a “getaway.”
It was a coming home back to wholeness, back to truth, back to the quiet place inside where resilience and hope.

To every beautiful souls who joined us:
thank you for showing up with open hearts, open hands, and open spirits.
Thank you for trusting us.
Thank you for letting yourselves be held.
Our hearts are full.
Our purpose is clear.

We are so excited to welcome and nurture 12 beautiful peeps over four days of rest, connection, mindfulness, and real self-care.

Ever caught yourself saying…

“We’re hanging in there.”
“I’m just getting by.”
“Hopefully it keeps going.”

These phrases might feel harmless, even humble, but they’re quietly shaping your self-image.
And your self-image is shaping your results.

When you say “we’re hanging in there,” your subconscious hears:

Life is a struggle.

Abundance is temporary.

I’m in survival mode.

Even when things are improving, survival language keeps you tied to the old you.

The shift?
Before you speak, ask:

“If I’d been living this success for years, how would I describe it?”

đź’ˇ Example:
❌ “We’re hanging in there.”
✅ “We’re thriving and expanding.”

Try this for a week, catch the survival phrases and swap them for identity-based ones.

This is how you rewire your self-image for the results you want.
