~ Sensation ~
Acutonics®️ Sound Medicine is in essence- a sound based form of acupuncture. Instead of needles specifically selected frequencies are applied via tuning forks directly to acupuncture points.
The sound vibrations activate the qi and blood of meridians and collaterals and regulate the function of internal organs so as to prevent and treat dis-ease. Like needles, sound frequency stimulates the chi energetic which communicates to the body to release certain chemicals into the muscles, spinal cord and brain.
Sensation - also known as ‘DeQi’, which literally means “the arrival of vital energy,” is considered a prerequisite for clinical effects, also an important judgment of the exuberance and decline of meridian qi and the prognosis of disease.
Similar to acupuncture, various different sensations may be experienced throughout the body with Acutonics. These include radiating, spreading, tingling, pulsating, aching, dull, heavy, numb. However with applied sound frequency compared to needles, the 9 pain sensations are not experienced which are; burning, hot, hurting, pinching, pricking, sharp, shocking, stinging and tender.
Also there is a much greater experience of travelling energy - a sensation of a tingling, radiating pulsation spreading throughout the being.
This is due to the fact that Sound vibration waves travels 4 x faster in water than they do in air. And our bodies have a huge volume of water as well as an intricate water channel network (aqua porins) which conduit water through to every cell.
So the sensations are often felt going very deep within the system as the waves pe*****te right down to the cellular level.
The more open and flowing the meridians are- the more sensations a recipient experiences.
The more blocked and dense the circuits are- the less sensation someone experiences.
Sound waves help to unblock the density and contraction of energy flow. When the waves arrive at density - heavier more achy sensations may be felt. With continued applications or sessions those heavier sensations dissipate and open pulsating bliss ensues ✨🌀✨
