If you’re dealing with a stiff neck or tension headaches, the real culprit might be hiding in your chest—yep, your pecs!

đź’Ą Tight pectoral muscles (especially pec minor) can pull your shoulders forward, putting extra strain on your neck and upper traps.

🎯 Try this:
Place a trigger ball (or lacrosse ball) against the wall and lean into it with your pec—just under the collarbone and toward your armpit.
💡 Roll gently for 30–60 seconds while taking slow, deep breaths.

✅ You might feel some tenderness—but that means you’re on the spot!
âś… Releasing the pecs can help reset your posture and take pressure off your neck.
