After moving to 43a Old Gosford Road recently we needed a new ocean view. Local photographer Kevin Morgan’s stunning drone shot of Forresters Beach is now featured on our back wall. Another record breaking year for the Bay to Bay Running Festival with over 4200 runners!

The Wright crew all managed the full 12km this year. Sam at age 10 pulled off an excellent sprint-walk time of 91 minutes. Tom decided to grow 6 foot legs this year and finished in 54 minutes getting 7th in his age group (12-15) which he still has two more years in. Max finally figured out that he has to let me cross the start line before him to win the sprint finish & did…but look at the state of him to do that! A+ for effort boys.

Well done Terrigal Trotters for putting on another amazing event to raise funds for worthy charities. Ocean View Physiotherapy is proud to be a major sponsor of this event year after year.

Bay to Bay 2023
Ocean View Physio again proudly sponsored the best fun run in the world The Bay to Bay. With all the races completely full & a spectacular cool sunny morning it was one to be enjoyed by all.

In the Wright Boys team this year Tom managed his first 12km, Sam ran his longest distance ever doing the 5km and Max blasted out of the gates to get a substantial lead on Sam & I in the 5km. I managed to keep up in both the 12km & 5km and I’m still feeling my quads exertion today.

The Terrigal Trotters always put on a great event with all the volunteers making it run so smoothly. What a fantastic community return, with all the money raised going to charity. Thank you Trotters!

Bay to Bay 2022
Ocean View Physiotherapy proudly made it to the front of the race shirt this year with sponsorship of the 2km kids run.

We had a team of Wright boys running this year. My little man Sam smashed out the 2km all on his own before my other two runners & I did the 5km in perfect cool sunshine conditions. Tom beat his last years time by 20 seconds & Max put on a big sprint to the finish, edging me out in his last strides. It was a cracking morning.

Thanks to the Terrigal Trotters for this brilliant event every year, giving back to our community with charity support & encouraging healthy lifestyles.

Bay to Bay 2021
It was a bit wet, cold & windy but that’s great running conditions for the Bay to Bay. My son Tom and I thought we would just run faster to get out of the weather & try to dodge the rain droplets. We unsuccessfully dodged every one but did a solid time of 22:40, which was pretty good for a 10 year-old who had a goal of 25 mins.

It was fantastic to hear that there were over 3200 runners, the most ever! and I can’t wait to hear about how much money was raised for the charities. Ocean View Physio is proud to be a sponsor & support this great event since 2016. Well done Trotters for your outstanding organising!
