This sweet boy was placed in our overnight kennels at our Erina Facility with no notes or information.

Unfortunately he isn’t microchipped and is extremely stressed and not coping. We don’t even know his name.

“We can do hard things”

But is it hard if we enjoy it? 🤔
I do love me an ice bath.

Can’t say I love all the hard things, however I am a believer, that all of our trials cultivate resilience, and sometimes the biggest ones we are able to overcome, heal, integrate and alchemise, become our medicine to the world.

I heard a story recently I thoroughly enjoyed….

Mother Teresa was sharing about the quote in the bible that “God would never giving us more than we can handle”
She said “however I do wish he didn’t trust me so much”
🙌🏼
If you are currently going through it. I have every faith you will come out the others side, with unique medicine on your lips for someone, or many along your path who will benefit from the embodied wisdom you’ve cultivated through your own healing journey.
We are all in this together.
We are all perfectly imperfect and we all have ‘stuff’ to move through and heal.
None of us are excluded in this human experience.
You just get to choose how you show up to the task.
Spoiler alert: It’s all happening FOR you.
And it will all be alright in the end. And if it’s not alright, it’s not the end.

This coming Sunday the final Sacred Sunday cacao ceremony for this season

2nd July

As the time comes for me to pack my bags and head out to the next adventure.
I’d love to celebrate this chapter with you with the beauty and medicine of ceremony with cacao.

To mark the beauty of endings and new beginnings as we do, every month with the cycle of the moon.

Come and join me as we delve into the spectacle landscape of our hearts.
For it is from that place we can truely create and celebrate, bringing us more deeply into presence, purpose and play.

Lately I’ve been reflecting on what really inspires me, of where and when I feel most alive….

Travel and airports are definitely at the top of that list ✈️

The whole process brings me alive, from packing my suitcase, to the airport security lines, wondering if I’ll get picked for the ‘random security check’ or if once through, I’ll become immersed in the present moment or a random conversation with a fellow traveller and I’ll hear my name over the loud speaker for the final call and have to run to the gate. (It’s happened once or twice 🤣)

Boarding the plane, the excitement builds as I find my seat knowing it’s a tech free opportunity of contemplation, wonder and creativity as I watch the world go by from the clouds, momentary sharing an intersection of my own reality with another as we sit side by side for this moment in time that will never happen in the same way, ever again!
I just love it!

Today was one of those moments as I watched the sunrise from the clouds on a return home from an impromptu adventure.

Brining me back into presence and wonder at the magic of life.
A gift avail every moment of every day.

A delish reminder to prioritise what lights me up, and to move through life with gratitude, presence and intentionality.

Contemplating a conversation had that anxiety is worrying about the future and the things we can not control and depression can often be often our soul calling for change, healing or recognition that we are not doing the things that light us up stuck in worry or the past.

The invitation to myself and all, shall you choose to accept…

Priorities and do more of what lights you up!
Live and love with presence, listen to your body when it speaks as discomfort is always trying to teach, us if we give it the time to speak.

It’s that time again to drop into ceremony and land at THE LANDING SPACE]

We will drink our cups of love, drop into our hearts, discover more of our unique truth and release and clear all that no longer serves who we are becoming under the beauty of this full moon.

Together we will bring the play into the sacred and the sacred into the play.

To evoke more freedom and joy into our day to day.

This one is not just for the ladies either, all are encouraged and welcome!

There is something super powerfully about a combined space.

We will have a special guest playing live music for your to meditate and marinate in, as we let the magic flow.

My first post of 2023!
Hooray! 🎉🎉🎉

I might even go as far to say, I’M BACK!!
However, as we can see by the lack of engagement and being present in this space over the past couple of years, I won’t make wild claims, just yet, let’s just see that happens! Haha

I will say, “hello, it’s been a while, wonderfully nice to see you.”

I’ve been busy living very presently and in the moment, deliberately choosing my life to the best of my ability, learning and unlearning plenty, remembering how to play, letting my inner child roam free, moving through the spectrum of emotions life has to offer. Releasing the old s**t to make space for the new.

Healing, loving, learning, playing. Yep! Lots of that!

The last couple of years has been big for all of us.
Sheesh ka Bubs! Has it what!

So, my intention for showing up in this space again is to sprinkle a lil more joy, to encourage us all to live a lil more open heartedly, to love a lil more courageously, to celebrate the little things more often, to invite us all to stay curious to all the things that come our way and to be a reminder that life is happening FOR us not TO us. That there is soo much magic to be found in the mundane and always gold in the grief!

So, here’s to 2023, the year of the rabbit, let’s play a lil more, love a lil louder and show more of our crazy, unique magical selves to the world.

Soo excited to have landed at The Landing Space and to be offering youth mentoring along with a bunch of other magic

Supporting youth in our community is something we are extremely passionate about here at The Landing Space!

We are so honoured to have the amazing (and super experienced!) now offering mentoring support to youth from 12-21 years old in our space.

Cozz has youth mentoring appointments available on Mondays and Wednesdays. These are 1:1 support sessions where she intuitively works to listen, guide, and be the advocate we all wish we had!

Cozz spent almost 10 years as a youth mentor in Melbourne then moved to the UK where she set up drop-in centres for displaced youth, along side running programs in schools, specialising in working with teen girls battling addiction, disordered eating, low self esteem and abuse.

Since moving to the Central Coast she has continued to support young people in their emotional wellbeing and fitness journey, speaking in schools around mental health, self worth, running youth training classes and working 1:1 with many different young people with anxiety and depression.

Her desire is for every young person to know their value and worth, to discover their passion and uniqueness.
And for everyone to have access to the mentor or trusted person in their corner that she never had but would have loved to have the support and guidance from in those dark and confusing moments growing up.

Heading away for 12 days of silent meditation, deep ceremony and introspection today.
It. Rings with it all the feels.

Life for me is one of exploration and expansion. Divining into the realms of the unknown to cultivate a deeper level of self awareness and love for life and self.

I’ve not done anything like this before, which scare-cites me.

To know, I’ll come out the other side, with more awareness of my blind spots, more compassion and grace for the entirety of me, and a profoundly deeper capacity to love myself unconditionally, with clarity and truth.
To embrace more fully the beautiful dance i do with the light and shade of this human experience.

All to come into a deeper resonance and knowing that I am, you are a magnificent creation, and Life is to be celebrated and live with the entirety of our being (even the sticky bits)

The more we love those part of us, the freer we become.

So, here’s to exploration of self.
Here’s to knowing ourselves more fully.
Here’s to more capacity to love and play with life.
And here’s to a deeper level of radical self love and acceptance!

See you on the other side
