Hi Everyone, thought I'd post some useful tips on the application of our magnesium spray to maximise its benefits ❤️ Just to be aware that you may experience stinging/tingling and that is in fact normal for liquid magnesium (magnesium oil), not an allergic reaction. You may not experience it either and the outcome is still the same. It is the magnesium penetrating your skin to do its job.
Quality of sleep:
Spray the tops of your feet before bed. This promotes a more restful, deeper relaxation sleep. I also spray across my chest, back of neck and shoulders (my tension points).
Cramps and other muscular discomfort:
Spray exactly where it would ordinarily hurt, at any time and/or before sleep.
Headaches/migraines:
Spray on to your hands and pat into your temples, across your forehead and base of your hairline behind your neck.
Hormonal, period pain:
Spray directly on the area of discomfort (pelvis, lower back etc.)
Relaxation:
Add a couple of capfulls to your bath or spray your body immediately after drying yourself.
For children:
I'd recommend for children 18 months onwards for deeper, relaxed sleep. Parents to spray on to their own hands and then pat on to tops of children's feet (not underneath, could cause upset tummy).
If stinging occurs:
Wipe with a cloth and it will still be effective. You can mix with moisturiser to lessen the sting or add 1 capful to bath time.
Always patch test, I find wrist is a good indicator of how the product will feel.
