Life throws us curve balls, no doubt about it. We can’t stop it, can’t control it can’t predict it.

What we can do is, is breathe, move our bodies to shift our energy and accept how we feel about. We are after all, human.

Accept the challenge, acknowledge how you feel and find what you need to move through it.

Just happened to catch an ad on tv for an AI massage chair, for wellness etc.

sorry, not sorry, but what a load of crap!! 💩

We need family, we need connections, we need community, we need each other!! 🤗

This world of escapism we are slipping into is causing most of our issues within ourselves. We’re losing our ability to communicate healthily, hence the increase in anxiety, depression and aggression.

I can’t believe they’re selling a cold hard piece of furniture as wellness 🤦‍♀️

We are still working our way through our family’s curveball and I will get the studio going again soon.

Meanwhile, reach out if you need to, to who you can. Stay connected, in person as much as you can.

Hope that you have all had a wonderful Christmas and enjoyed your New Year celebrations 😃

At this stage, we don’t have a date for classes to start back.

Our family has had some challenging news and I need to step back where I can right now.

Please be patient while we are waiting for answers and a path forward. I will be sure to let you know when we are ready to return.
