Just a quick update…
I’ve had my latest blood results back
My tumour markers have dropped 95% from my last test
From 2530 down to 123 🤩

And from where this started…
6460 down to 123, that’s a 98% reduction
After just 2 immunotherapy sessions

How incredible is that ❤️🙏💜

(Tumour markers are proteins in my blood that give an indication of cancer activity. In simple terms, higher numbers can mean aggressive cancer & more activity, & lower numbers can mean the cancer is responding to the treatment, things are settling down & ideally tumours are reducing)

Four months ago, on December 30th
I was told I had about 3 months to live
That I wouldn’t make it to the end of March

I didn’t accept it, I knew that wasn’t my path

I’ve always trained my mind to find gratitude, even in hard moments
But I also knew I needed support, so I reached out

Every message, every prayer, all the love you’ve sent…
It matters, it’s powerful
I truly believe we’re witnessing a miracle unfold in real time

I will be fully healed, it’s only a matter of time

And we’re doing this together

🔥 Selling EQ Centre - End of an Era 🔥

8-9 years ago I had a vision, to create a space where people could come together to be heard, to heal, to breathe, to share their stories, fears, courage & vulnerability.

A place where strangers became friends, where community was built, where people felt safe enough to open their hearts.

The EQ Centre became exactly that.

Over the years hundreds of people have walked through the doors, attending workshops, men’s groups, women’s groups, meditation healing nights, breathwork sessions, sacred ceremonies having deep honest open conversations, creating laughter, tears & powerful moments of transformation.

It’s been a sacred beautiful safe space ❤️🙏

Now the time has come to move on & concentrate on my own personal healing journey, as we sell & let go of EQ Centre.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you to every single person who supported Angie & me, who held space here, who shared part of their life within these walls, & who helped make this dream real.

This place was never just a building, it was a community, a family, a movement of people choosing growth, honesty & connection.

Thank you for being part of the journey. 🙏

Hi Beautiful People 🤩
Last week was more than an event… it was a moment I’ll carry for the rest of my life.

The love, the music, the breathwork, the deep healing space, the way this community showed up… it was powerful, humbling, unforgettable. I felt held. Truly held.

Then to welcome a new grandchild into the world that very same night… what timing. New life, new energy, new beginnings.

Right now I feel strong, clear, calm, grounded. I’m committed to supporting my body, listening deeply, working with it not against it. Resting when I need to. Trusting the process.

To everyone praying, sending love, standing beside me, I feel it. Every single day.

This is what happens when community steps up.
This is what love in action looks like.

Just a short update from my heart, plus a personal invitation.

The love, messages, prayers & support you’ve all been sending have been overwhelming in the most beautiful way. I feel it every day, thank you all so much 🙏

I’m still feeling strong & grounded & over the past six weeks I’ve lost around 12kg through fasting, & juicing & I’m now focusing on cleansing the body’s filtration system, kidneys, liver & lymphatic system, supporting my body to do what it knows how to do, heal.

This next Wednesday, 4th February, 6pm at Scarborough Amphitheatre, we’re coming together as a community for a healing gathering on my behalf. This night means more to me than I can put into words.

Hi my beautiful friends 💛

I’m sharing this as I’ve recently been diagnosed with stage 4 incurable cancer.
While this is of course sad news, I feel really calm & present as I begin this journey,

I’m approaching this in my own way, guided by faith, inner trust & what feels right for me,

I believe in God, I believe in Christ & I truly believe in the power of prayer,
I’m sharing this because I’m asking for your support, please 🙏
