I decided to dissect this one and give you a real life example of how the powerful eclipse energies can play out. I used my own chart placements as the eclipse season is strong for me at the moment, having a Ta**us rising and a Scorpio 7th house. ⁣

Now, I have some understanding from what has been happening in my life but I very much know that with eclipses it's good to have in the back of your mind that the energy stays for a while, not just the day of the eclipse, so changes may still present themselves afterwards. My goal is to stay open to that. ⁣

Welcome Eclipse season, you're back! We last saw a partial Lunar Ta**us eclipse on 18 November 2021, just before our last Gemini/Sagittariusv eclipse in December 2021. The eclipse are now happening on the Ta**us/Scorpio axis and will stay for about 18 months or so. You will note when you were born you have a North node and South Node on your birth chart, they were where the moon's nodes were at that time. Everyone born around your birthday and perhaps within 6 to 18 months will have the same nodes as you, sure they will be in different houses but you'll have the same signs. To make this clearer, anyone born right now is going to be born with a Ta**us North node and a Scorpio South node. ⁣

This post is to give you insight into what might be happening for you more personally during this time when it comes to what life areas might be affected, changing, growing etc. by looking at the houses of Ta**us/Scorpio which I work out from your rising sign. I just wanted to let you know there is no reason to be afraid of change (i know easier said than done thanks to society), it's inevitable, when we can learn to move with it, sit with the emotions that come up and allow them, we realise that the universe has our back and just wants to make sure that we are taking the steps we need in the right direction for our soul journey. If we are not, things will come up, these can feel hard at the time perhaps, but we must TRUST! If we don't, then we can very easily get stuck in fear, falling into victim mode and essentially making things harder for ourselves longer term. ⁣

The beauty of eclipses is we don't have everything worked out in our lives always and when we are feeling lost and unsure they will help us to move us in the right direction. We all have freewill but try not to RESIST.⁣

Please look at your rising, and read my words, leave them and see what pops up for you and let me know the themes that did come up, were they related to that tarot/eclipse energy I shared? It of course goes deeper, perhaps you'll feel this less if you have no natal planets/aspects in your Ta**us/Scorpio houses or perhaps you'll be feeling this lots because you have a Ta**us sun, or Ta**us/Scorpio rising, or even your angles North and South natal nodes are in Ta**us/Scorpio. Ta**us Season ✨♉

Ahh Ta**us, you know I don't really check the weather enough, never have. Once in a blue moon. Consequently, I'm always dressed inappropriately - as in when it's between seasons and still cool, I'll wear one layer, light jacket, no tights, forget to bring an umbrella etc. The amount of times I've been a drowned rat you'd have thought I would learn but I guess I like the mystery. I could have sworn it was meant to rain today but in true Ta**us style in the northern hemisphere, it was blue skies, flowers blooming, Spring surrounding me in all its beauty.

We have left the fiery masculine A***n energy and are now in the slow and steady feminine earthy Taurean energy. I'm definitely all for this. My rising is Ta**us so it feels like it is supportive of my growth, like the flowers blooming around me, it feels like it's time for the bud (me) to begin opening the petals slowly but surely.

Ta**us likes to be surrounded by nature, it supports grounding. The saying, "stop and smell the roses", is the perfect line for Ta**us. It's definitely a sign that wants to concentrate on their values, money, possessions, food, material goods, basically wine and dine but make it aesthetically pleasing and make sure it's food that the Taurean has tried and tested, they enjoy what they already know is a winner.

Poor Ta**us can get a bad wrap for being lazy, probably because they are enjoying the smell of the roses - it's not a bad thing even if society has always burdened us with hustle culture.

Taureans are loyal and determined to succeed in the way that they want to and want to be feel comfortable in their surroundings. They can be stubborn and the best way to get a Ta**us to proceed or change their mind would be if it's their own idea or they believe it is their idea. More cautious and calculating in their decision making process.

Few things happening for Ta**us at the moment...Uranus has been hanging out in Ta**us for ages, slow moving outer planet. This usually creates a rebel essence for Ta**us and unexpected changes perhaps. It's in my 1st house of appearance and self so I've cut my hair all off and grown it back etc. Things like that. Uranus likes to shake things up, push things to happen and be a total badass. I'm here for it. I like change even when I don't.

Also, let's not forget it's about to be eclipse season, one week out and we are already feeling the energy of this happening. I'll be doing a separate post for this. Hint: Eclipse season also creates change and big life changes happen in the areas where you have your Ta**us/Scorpio axis.

Finally, we also have Mercury hanging out in Ta**us, which is all about communication, intellect, mind and thought. With it in Ta**us it will keep us in check with reality and the physical world whilst we have so many planets in the dreamy intuitive Pisces. Venus, Mars, Jupiter and Neptune are all there so we need the grounding of Ta**us to help us keep our feet on the ground instead of just bring in dreamy land.

Welcome to New Moon in Aries energy. I really wanted to start painting, creating art again so here is my first, dare I say, rusty artwork creation. ⁣
⁣
Fun fact: I have always been creative, I used to love colouring in competitions as a kid - all colouring in had to be in the lines, thank you Venus in Virgo in my 5th house aka perfectionist*. Every creation also had to be finished off with glitter (hello 90s kid). I totally won a few times. Art and textiles were my favourite subjects at high school, although I felt a lot of pressure to always create amazing work and did not understand the perfectionist streak back then. Now I do, and sometimes it can still make me stop dead in my tracks. We are all work in progresses. Am I right?!⁣
⁣
Back to Aries (Sorry Aries, I know I got sidetracked), we are now well in the midst of Aries season until 19 April. It's New Moon in Aries tonight/early morning and really the beginning of the Astrological new year. It's time where we can really start afresh so to speak. New moons are where we begin manifesting what we want to take action on, and I feel it's perfect timing to begin being true to YOU! Aries is all about self, it's the the baby of the signs, and it's ok to put yourself first and think about what you want and what you want to do. The good thing is Aries takes action, it helps us get things moving, sometimes too quickly and awakens this willpower we have within. We all have Aries in our birthchart, so we all will have this A***n energy in some part of our lives and it will play out differently depending on the ruling planet, Mars and where Mars is and what planet is moving past and through your Aries/Mars houses and placements. I will explain this further in future posts so if you're already confused, it's ok. ⁣
⁣
Don't worry if you're feeling stuck or like you have no idea where to begin in what you want to start doing or manifesting, don't let the words, "new beginnings" psyche you out. Aries is experienced differently for everyone but the collective energy of Aries is an overall feeling of determination. We do have Mercury in Aries right now, as well as Aries New Moon conjunct (right next to) Chiron, the wounded healer, so it might be bringing up a fair bit for you, perhaps past wounds/fears that you don't always think about, but that are being brought up in your thoughts or communicated. The good news is, Aries is usually really quick (because it can be impatient) so that needs to come forward will and it will most likely move on just as quickly too.

Oh sorry, I was just daydreaming about the song I am going to write later for my partner and share with them when we are alone. It's going to be so beautiful. I've been feeling so emotionally connected to them that I can't imagine life without them. ⁣
⁣
Also, I've noticed collectively everyone around me have been really anxious so I have been working on some ideas that I think will help so many people. I can already feel the impact it will have and hopefully then the collective energy will feel less dense. You know it's been so full on, I really feel for everyone. ⁣

I've been having intense vivid dreams at night too, I have been writing them down as poems in my journal. Maybe I'll make them into songs too!⁣
⁣
Oh wow that's amazing, I love that! So tell me Pisces, how is it having Neptune your modern ruler and Jupiter your traditional ruler hanging out with you right now? ⁣
⁣
I mean it's amazing, Neptune is making my spirtual connection and understanding feel so interconnected with everything I've been feeling inspired to create, and Jupiter is making my sensitivity and healing plus growth happen at a whole new level. So many realisations and my consciousness levels are excessive...I swear I have been connecting to the spirtual realm more than ever. It almost feels like my dreams are coming true! ⁣

⁣The only thing is I am going to be exhausted by the end of this month and need to probably retreat, binge on some TV shows and escape the world for a while. It gets a bit much you know!⁣

I've been here this life around 33 and a bit years around the sun. ⁣

I'm my happiest when I'm moving my body, dancing, yoga, walking and keeping my routine of green tea in the morning, a nice slow start because I'm a night gal and making fresh juice with added ginger. I'll often have to balance this and motivate myself as sometimes I can be in lazy mode and not want to move my body but always feel better afterwards. ⁣

I love the sun and sunsets, old buildings that have stories, anything that is rebellious and different, even taboo. ⁣

I'm obsessed with experiences through travel and adventure and living in foreign places and doing what I want and flowing. ⁣

I love rings and have always got at least 6 on my fingers, now 5 I lost one again but it's definitely in the house somewhere. ⁣

I love being creative in all that I do and mixing it up. I am idealistic, but also feel there is nothing really set in concrete, no definite answers when new things are always being discovered, and to me freedom of choice is very important.

I see angel numbers all the time and feathers are randomly where I am walking - they are definitely my spirit guides letting me know they have my back. ⁣

My phone keeps dying on me just as I'm about to post and it drives me bonkers. This just happened of course. ⁣

I am addicted to chocolate and the TV series Friends... I'm a Phoebe. ⁣

I have a weird flex of knowing actors names and things about them (from reading random things) like I'm friends with them and know them personally. I don't. ⁣

I am terrible at pub quizzes because I never read or watch the news, but I'm pretty good at movies and actors...see above. ⁣

I have psychic abilities, I have strong feelings and knowings and can hear things sometimes. I also have connected in mediumship too but I need to practice more. ⁣

Like most people these days I have abandonment issues and fear of rejection that can lead to me people pleasing and self sabotaging, but I'm aware and have had and will have more therapy/healing to work through this. ⁣We all need this.

I'm not embarrassed to talk about anything especially anything that is metaphysical, esoteric, spirtual, death, witches. You name it and I'll be like ohhhhhh I love this. ⁣

I'm an Aussie, but my family moved over in the 60s from England, Ireland and Croatia. I feel home is where my heart is. ⁣
