Our mission is to support individuals to build independence and reach their goals—whether that means learning life skills, connecting with others, or gaining confidence in the community. We tailor our services to meet each person’s unique needs, strengths, and interests. With caring, consistent support, we help participants take meaningful steps toward living the life they choose.

💛 Community Giveaway – Everything Must Go 💛

As many of you know, Sam has moved back to the South-East suburbs, and sadly our beloved community hub will be closing.

Because of this, we have lots of items to give back to the community and would love for them to go to homes where they’re needed 💕

Wednesday & Thursday
⏰ 9:00am – 1:00pm

Come down, have a walk through, and take what you need.

Toys

School items

Kitchen items

General household items

A fridge available for donation

🛒 We also have some larger items for sale, including:

Soft play equipment

Reception desk

A few other larger items

Next Step Support Co. is seeking a reliable and compassionate Disability Support Worker for regular weekend shifts, with occasional respite work as required.

📍 Locations: Wangaratta, Benalla, Shepparton & surrounding areas
🕒 Shifts: Saturdays & Sundays (ongoing weekend work)

✨ A Heartfelt Announcement ✨

After an incredible 3 years, it’s time to say goodbye to our Community Hub. This space has been filled with connection, laughter, support, and so much heart. We are beyond grateful to everyone who walked through the doors, shared their stories, volunteered their time, and helped make it such a special place in our community.

As many of you know, Sam has decided to move back to Melbourne, marking the close of this beautiful chapter. While this is a bittersweet farewell, it’s also an exciting step forward.

We will continue to provide disability support services in the local area, while also expanding into Melbourne’s South East suburbs. This growth brings new opportunities, new connections, and new ways to support the people and communities we care so deeply about.

✨ We’re excited to share some big news! ✨

North East Coordination is officially rebranding and will now be trading as Next Step Support Co.

While our name is changing, our values and commitment remain the same. Our dedicated North East team will continue operating as usual, providing the same trusted support you know and rely on.

As part of this next chapter, our Director Sam will also be expanding services by commencing work within a South East division, allowing us to support more people while strengthening our overall service delivery.

We’ve worked incredibly hard to get to where we are today, and this rebrand reflects growth, learning, and the next step forward. Some exciting changes are coming soon, and we can’t wait to share them with you.
