Wow what a huge week 🤩

🌟 Just wrapped up 5 days of fasting followed by an amazing Change Your Mind weekend program with the incredible Simone Travers, and I feel like a whole new person! 🌟

I’ve been carrying the weight of "too much" for a while—work, commitments, family, you name it—and wasn’t sure if diving into such an intense week was wise. But something told me to go for it. WOW, was that the right call! I feel absolutely fantastic, inspired, and exhilarated. ✨

The fast did wonders for my body, clearing away the fog and refreshing my energy. And then the weekend program brought it all together—like it unlocked a new way of thinking that’s been exactly what I needed. It’s incredible how much we can carry without even realizing it, and how quickly that can change when we reset our body and mind.

This experience was just what I needed to take things to the next level. It reminded me how important it is to take a break and prioritize our health and well-being, even if it seems like one more “thing” on a busy schedule. 💪💙

It taught me to ‘Change my mind & focus on the now’

Grateful for this journey, for the growth, and for the new mindset I’m bringing into each day. If you’re feeling weighed down, I highly recommend carving out time to reset—you deserve it! 🌱
