Why why why is it so impossibly hard for us to get a nice photo of us all! Eyes closed, heads hidden, mouths open! A lovely night , food was great, Sal was great (keeping Shell cool!), power went out (3rd time that day for them but it waited til we had eaten!) & gin was beautiful.

The joys of being married to a podiatrist-a ‘very fast’ FMT session after a killer b***y burner class .haus_

This evening, 3 of us decided to wear our flamingo feet for our total tone Pilates class .haus_ Not only did our entire bodies get a massive work out, our intrinsic foot muscles did too. Nellie was our instructor and she is a machine.
Another great use for flamingo feet.
