Diffusing and applying topically was my fave way to use my Lavender Peace essential oil.

Last year, I ordered the stick 1st, fell in love instantly. Add Valerian, really gives it a little extra something. I can wear this to help settle myself when nervousness comes over me, I also help my kids when they have been emotions (teen and tweens get these on a different level to earlier) just by wearing it myself and being there for them.
Subtle way to support them without "hey, you're upset. Put this on!"

This is amazing with little ones too, I did this with my kids with other oils when settling at bight or giving them a hug when upset.

Anyway, I'm getting off subject here.

But when I finally, FINALLY!! Got good, deep, quality sleep was when I started taking the Lavender Peace Capsules. I ordered these after they became available here in Australia, and I do not think I can now run out of these babies!!

I am currently making small changes and small swaps to make 2026 different to all the rest.

I am actually doing things for me. Are you doing things for you this year?

When we do this, we are then also doing it for our families.

Do not make drastic changes because consistency is far more important than staving yourself of everything you love. Still have your treats, just not a whole block of chocolate. Swap it to dark chocolate, and it might grow on you, and you will also not eat too much 👌🤌

Who else is changing up how they will do 2026?

Tamer is a minty fresh, great to roll on your tummy when it gets rumbley.
Steady smells so good with Magnolia and just the right amount of everything else 👌
Calmer is mostly calming florals 💐
