What happened to me today when I forgot to take my LifeLong Vitality supplements.

😪😪

I went to work without taking my supplements, I could not stay on task, I was so tired, I was hungry and I don't get a break for todays shift so not ideal.

I still have not taken them as I am now worried about a days worth of energy so close to bedtime. But will I now sleep deeps tonight.

I may just have to take 2 Lavender Peace Capsules for tonight and hope it is enough.

I recently started taking supplements and I'm hooked. I feel a huge difference when I'm on them, and it's crazy how quickly I notice when I miss a day. This week, I started taking both MetaPWR Advantage and Recharge daily to see if it will help with my fascia pain. The next morning, my knee wasn't sore anymore. Now I'm taking it slow so the pain doesn't come back.

Working around the family can be so tricky.
I work casually, so days like today when two kids are sick, I can't work and then don't get paid.
So building an online business not only helps me grow my skills it also supplements and balances everything out.

This way of working is more common than most people think.

If you can find a company that aligns with your values and makes a product you use, then what are you waiting for go for it.

For me, this is all about self growth and sharing with others how easy it is to swap out and live less toxic, not completely tox free, as that is impossible.
