💧 World Water Day – The Power of Clean Water 💧

Today we celebrate World Water Day, a reminder of just how essential clean, fresh water is for our health and wellbeing.

Water does so much more than quench thirst. It helps to:
💧 Keep our joints lubricated
💧 Support brain function and concentration
💧 Aid digestion and nutrient absorption
💧 Regulate body temperature
💧 Assist the body in flushing out toxins

Even mild dehydration can lead to fatigue, headaches, muscle tightness and reduced focus. Simply drinking enough water throughout the day can make a noticeable difference to how your body feels and functions.

🌿 Simple ways to boost your water intake:
• Start the day with a glass of water
• Carry a reusable water bottle
• Add fresh fruit, cucumber or mint for flavour
• Eat water-rich foods like watermelon, cucumber and lettuce

Clean water is something many of us are fortunate to have easy access to, but for millions around the world it remains a daily challenge. Today is a great reminder to value every drop.

Are you a health practitioner looking for a new space? - Wangaratta Health & Wellbeing have a room available 1 or 2 days a week.

✅Join an established team which includes Chiropractic, Chinese Medicine, Osteopathy, Psychology, physiotherapy and Spinal Flow.

✅The room is generously sized at 4 by 3 with ample natural light and windows as you can see in the photos. The photo is of the room. The tables are portable so one or both can be taken down or moved during your day.

✅This room would suit someone starting out or looking for a fresh start with lower overheads. A majority of us are complementary so we work together where appropriate.

✅We are all separate businesses but work together and cross refer where appropriate to create the best environment for everyone involved including our clients/patients. All businesses are currently busy and thriving.

✅Room fee is all inclusive which includes Power, Quality reverse cycle heating and cooling, NBN, Hot water and a basin, a shared waiting room with receptionists to greet patients, a shared kitchen area and obviously toilets including a disability toilets.

✅Please note we currently don’t have a massage therapist on our team, we feel that it’d be a great opportunity for a massage therapist but would be happy to consider anyone who is complementary to our current services.

Price: $80 plus GST for 1 day. 120 plus GST for 2 days.
