Starting with deep ab work to switch on your centre, layer in chest and glutes, and finish strong with shoulders — because everything’s connected.

On the reformer, no muscle works alone. Each exercise challenges your core stability while toning other major muscle groups, creating strength that’s balanced and functional.

Science backs it too — reformer Pilates improves neuromuscular coordination (aka how your brain and body communicate), helping you move more efficiently in and out of class.
