Forgetting to bolus?! Me too 😬😝! I simply just forget. When we can bolus 10-15 minutes before eating, BGLs will sit a lot more in range and we will experience less variability and hypos.

I have been playing around with some ways to remind me to bolus! Starting with the wallpaper in my phone! I’m always looking at it- and this little reminder has been a great tool!

What do you do to help you remember to bolus?
