We are looking for a part-time experienced medical receptionist. Unfortunately, we do not have time to train so we require at least two years experience in a medical centre. Brookside Medical Centre in Wanneroo are currently expanding and we are seeking a part time/full time Registered Nurse / Enrolled Nurse to join our friendly medical practice.
Previous Medical Centre experience is essential.
You must be able to work between the hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm working on a set roster. Hourly rate of pay will be dependent upon experience.
You will be required to provide quality care to a diverse mix of patients through:-
Immunisations and travel vaccines
ECG's & Spirometry's
Wound care/dressings
Assisting doctors with minor surgical procedures
Chronic Disease Management including Care Plans & Health Assessments
Assisting with triage of calls
Assisting with Mirenas and implanons
Ear syringing
Iron infusions
You must be able to interact in a professional and friendly manner with doctors and patients. Excellent communication skills and maintaining policies and procedures.
You will need to hold a current registration with AHPRA, an up-to-date immusination certificate and a CPR certificate.
