A Gentle Update from Find Your Centre Wellness Haven

Hello beautiful souls,

I wanted to take a moment to connect and share where I’m at. Over the past little while, I have been moving through the motions of grief after the passing of my father. In honour of this, I have been giving myself and my family the time and space we need to heal. As always, I believe deeply in the importance of holding space for others, but that begins with holding space for myself first.

With this in mind, I want to reassure you that I will be returning to my practice in time, possibly with a fresh name that aligns with the next chapter of this journey. When I have a clearer timeframe, I will personally reach out to my current clients to reconnect.

When my services resume, there will now be a small fee, which we can discuss further when the time comes. This decision allows me to continue offering deep, intentional support while honouring the energy and care I pour into my work.

Thank you all for your patience, understanding, and the love that surrounds this space. I look forward to stepping back into this work with a full heart, ready to hold space for you once again.
