We Offer I.C.E (Intense Cardiovascular Exercise) which is not as scary as it sounds! Its just 30 minutes of Cardio, working under close supervision and at your own pace. FIRE (Focused Intense resistance exercise) This is where the changes really happen! Through small group resistance training using weights you will see your body change and tone while your metabolism speeds up! We know that bodies are made in the kitchen not just in the gym!
