“It was really really good! Everybody was positive about the experience and really impressed by the calibre of the content and Jeremy's delivery. It was a great refresher and got conversations going in the office.” – Rose, The Greens NSW
We often get asked to run stress management workshops. But what we actually spend most of the session doing… is challenging everything people think they know about stress.
Because the goal isn’t just to give people breathing techniques or quick tips to “manage” it. It’s to change the relationship people have with stress and pressure in the first place.
The reality is, the most successful people don’t eliminate stress. They learn how to work with it. They change their language. They talk about stress using words like stimulation, arousal...etc. Athletes chasing a gold medal, leaders making big decisions, teams delivering under pressure - this is the environment they live for.
When people understand what stress is actually doing in the brain and body, something shifts. Pressure stops feeling like a threat and starts feeling like fuel.
That’s why people often walk out of this session saying something they didn’t expect: “I actually feel more positive about stress now and how I can harness it for performance and productivity.”
