The Wellness Workshop

The Wellness Workshop Employee wellbeing programs & workshops that foster organisational productivity & performance.

The Wellness Workshop was originally founded as a welcoming space to help sufferers of mental illness and a range of lifestyle issues access support services such as Dietetics & Nutrition, Intuitive Eating, Exercise Physiology, Wellness Coaching and Meditation. Today, we are focused on improving the health and wellbeing of Australians through workplace wellbeing programs as well as in-person and v

irtual workshops for a range of organisations including the private and public sector, schools and sporting clubs. We align with the Health At Every Size (HAES) philosophy which focuses on improving overall health behaviours for all individuals regardless of their size or shape. Our programs are designed in line with evidence based approaches by a range of qualified practitioners. We are not social media influencers or sponsored by any affiliate companies meaning you get real, measurable, effective strategies that are tailored to your organisation.

With new psychosocial hazard legislation now in place, many organisations are asking the same question, where do we start.

The Mental Health in the Workplace Workshop is designed to give teams a clear, practical understanding of what psychosocial risk looks like, how it shows up in both onsite and remote environments, and what steps can be taken to manage it effectively.

This is not theory based learning. It is a hands on, engaging session that helps teams walk away with clarity, confidence and actionable strategies aligned to current workplace laws.

It is not always the obvious risks that cause the biggest impact. Psychosocial hazards in remote work environments often build quietly over time, showing up as disengagement, isolation or burnout long before they are formally recognised.

If you are leading a team that works from home, it is worth understanding what to look for and what your responsibilities are under the new legislation.

Principal Psychologist Jeremy can help you do this now for your team or department across 3 x 1 hour private sessions. Book here: https://bit.ly/book-psychosocial-sessions
