We recently held our latest community forum, where we were grateful to have the chance to share updates, reflect on our progress, and listen to stories highlighting the real impact of our work. 🏠

Alongside some milestones, we shared updates on new homes in Cessnock, insights from our SIL Pilot, and key initiatives in training, leadership, and staff engagement while wrapping up with some festive fun from our 2025 Christmas competition 🎄

We were thrilled to report that we have expanded our SIL capacity from 93 to 104 beds through the Finding Yellow acquisition, and also welcomed 29 new staff to the team. We also supported 31 TAFE student placements, delivered 74 hours of face-to-face training, and increased our community presence across seven events.

We’re thrilled to be an award winning provider and are so proud of our ongoing commitment to being your provider of choice 🧡
