✨ From Digestion Problems to Feeling Light & Comfortable ✨

A few years ago, I was constantly battling bloating, discomfort, stomach pain, and that heavy feeling after meals. It didn’t matter if I ate healthy foods — my stomach always felt unsettled, and it started to affect my mood, anxiety, and confidence.

The turning point came when I noticed that one night after dinner, I’d have stomach pain and bloating and just didn’t feel good. Around the same time, my chiropractor suggested I eliminate wheat, sugar, and dairy from my diet. We also did a food intolerance test, which showed quite a lot.

I decided to watch what I ate more closely, started including fermented foods, and paid attention to how different foods affected me. I discovered that raw foods, for example, don’t agree with me because I can’t digest them properly. Bananas, which have quite a bit of sugar, are too much for my body to handle every day — so I have them every four days or opt for lady finger bananas instead.

So I began to listen more, watch what I was eating, and slow down to chew my food properly (yes — something that simple!). By taking the time to eat mindfully and listen to my body’s cues, I gave myself a better chance to digest and absorb nutrients and understand my health even more.

Within a few weeks, the bloating eased, my energy improved, and I no longer dreaded meal times.

🌿 Tip for You: If you struggle with digestion, try this — put your fork down between bites and chew each mouthful well. Be mindful of what your body is telling you, and keep track of your symptoms in a journal if you have any issues, just like I did.

It’s gentle on your gut and surprisingly powerful for better digestion. It’s so important to listen to your body and give it what it needs.
