You can almost feel Christmas starting to rush toward us… but you don’t have to let the season rush you.

As the season shifts, so does your nervous system —
more light, more heat, more social plans, more sensory input.
It’s completely normal to feel a little stretched or sensitive.

So here’s your gentle reminder to begin this season with intention instead of overwhelm:

🌿 Mindful Moment
Take one slow breath in, soften your shoulders, and ask yourself:
“What do I truly need today to feel grounded?”
Your body always knows.
