Now let’s get the ball rolling, see what I did there.. Ok no, officially just cringed myself out.

INGREDIENTS
8-10 pitted medjool dates
1/2 cup pistachios
1/2 cup pepitas
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1tbs coconut oil
3tbs collagen
Pinch of salt
1/5 tsp matcha
1/5 tsp vanilla extract

METHOD
1. Using a food processor blitz all dry ingredients together until well combined.
2. Add dates, extract and coconut oil and blitz. *Don’t be afraid to over blitz
3. Roll mixture into small balls and set in the fridge. ENJOY!!

OPTIONAL. You can add any topping you prefer. Coconut, white chocolate, h**p seeds, get creative.

Curious to see what slide made you LOL
But on a more serious note..
That toxic wellness expectation? I feel it deeply.

“Do this, don’t do that.”
“You’re not healing unless you XYZ.”

But here’s the truth:
Your desire to show up and make small changes is enough. We overcomplicate our healing by trying to do it all, then shame ourselves when we can’t.
