Free your body and liberating your mind will follow. Running community yoga classes, making it more accessible to everyone. Classes will be run on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at the park on the corner of Regatta Boulevarde and The Decks in Wurtulla. Commencing 28January 2020 at 6am (weather permitting).

Hi Everyone,

My super amazing daughter Lana has commited to this fundraiser for an excellent cause.
Below is her message asking for support.

I'm challenging myself to Write a Book in a Day! My team and I will write and illustrate a book within a 12 hour period. The money I raise through sponsorship will go to The Kids' Cancer Project who fund vital childhood cancer research.
Childhood cancer is the leading cause of death of children by disease. Many people don't realise that kids' cancer is different from adult cancer. Every year, 950 children are diagnosed with cancer in Australia.

The published book will be shared with children in hospital, thanks to The Kids' Cancer Project and available to read via the Online Library from November.

Welcome to Autumn. As the weather begins to cool-down we are dusting off the blankets and using them to create some delicious support and comfort in some of our inverted postures. This week we will spend a bit more time focussing on the upper back and shoulders to relieve some of that stress we accumulate at our work, in front of the computer.
Looking forward to seeing you on the mat soon.
A little reminder that classes will start with quick chat around 5:45am and move quickly into practice to allow time to move into a deep, nourishing meditation/savasana at the end of our practice. Namaste

Big shout-out of love and thanks to those who have helped get me back into teaching this year. Your energy drives mine and I love sharing all the love, support and stillness that has been taught to me and interpreting our own reflections in daily life, on and off the mat. Are you itching to get back to your regular yoga classes again?
Me too.
Next week we start up again from Tuesday at 6am.
Social distancing will be maintained and practice space cleaned regularly. For this reason class sizes will be limited to three students on wet days and five on warmer mornings, as I also have an outdoor space we can use.
Drop me a message if you are interested in coming along on Tuesday 26 May.

Thankyou everyone who participated in outdoor yoga sessions with me in January and February. I was pleased to be able to donate $34 to BlazeAid.

Yoga classes will continue at my home studio. I have props,bolsters and everything we need to help you feel comfortable at any level. See you at 6am tomorrow.

This is the last week to enjoy yoga while donating to BlazeAid.

From March, introductory offer is just $8 per class for the first 8 classes.

Hi Yogis, This week I will be running classes from my home studio at 30 Halyard Drive. It appears running classes in the park are going to be way too costly for me. One unkind competitor has reported our use of public space despite our classes being a charity event.
I am working with the council to see if we might be able to run community yoga at the same space and will keep you posted with the outcome.
