Happy winter solstice for those of us here in the southern hemisphere. Embracing these dark days for reflection, going inwards and rest. 🕯️ But hella happy it’s getting lighter and longer days and higher sun from now onwards. 🌤️

Apologies folks but I’m feeling abit under the weather, so will have to cancel tomorrows 16 June, Tuesday morning 9.30am class. Really hate to cancel class ever! But gotta listen to my body this time. Hope everyone stays warm and dry tonight!

Had the loveliest open day with last Sunday hanging out with other practitioners, teaching a little yoga workshop, doing George jonkers plum blossom Kung fu workshop and meeting lots of gorgeous people from the community.
