THE RIGHT WORD CHANGES EVERYTHING My writing has an inspirational quality, an emotional integrity that stems from a narrative based on personal experiences and deep reflection. My quest is to be authentic, honest and mindful of the details that make life rich, gathering the threads that weave the tapestry of human experience. I value the poetic and see writing as a beautiful way to connect and elevate life. Through our words we stand for what we believe. I work glocally (global/local) and am a part of the new era in self-created, balanced living. I live with a mountain and a river in the pristine Yarra Valley – writers’ bliss on the outskirts of Melbourne – but my virtual office takes me many places.

Took a little trip down memory lane today when I rewatched the video made by years ago for the launch of the book I made with called From This Place - Inspiring Women Artists of the Upper Yarra Valley

It's a news piece featuring the key speeches from amazing women and performances at the launch and it made me sob with such deep emotion.
I will be proud of this project forever, and so proud of the women in my commmunity.
Much love to for sharing the vision and making such exquisite photos to go with my words. THe launch was Sept1 in 2017 - I cant believe how much time has gone past...

Finding a sweet spot to live

A little bit of good news. I’ve just successfully completed a Diploma (Level 5) of Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL)!

Building on my love for words, helping others and a passion for life long learning, this appealed as a beautiful extension of the part of me that is forever both a traveller and a self confessed word nerd.

In addition to proving to myself that I could do it, I hold this achievement as another step towards a return to my beloved Italy, where one day I will delight in teaching English, and living the life while improving my own Italian speaking skills. I don’t know how exactly this will unfold but…letting my dreams define my reality seems like a sweet place to start.
