🏉 The Warnbro Swans are hosting an All Abilities Football Come and Try Day this Saturday 18th April at the Rec Club on Okehampton Street.

🗓️ Saturday 18th April
🕣 8.45am to 10am
👧🧒 Ages 5 to 17

🏉 Such a fantastic initiative giving kids of all abilities the chance to get involved in sport, build confidence and have some fun in a supportive environment.

🎉 Celebrating 5 Years of Leadership, Growth & Dedication! 🎉

This month, we proudly celebrate an incredible milestone for our Assistant Director, who joined us five years ago and has been an essential part of our organisation’s growth ever since.

Coming from a national management background and transitioning into the disability services sector in 2021, she brought with her a wealth of knowledge in compliance, policy, and procedure supported by formal qualifications in HR Management.

Her journey with us has been marked by continuous development and an unwavering commitment to excellence.

Over the years, she has stepped into multiple roles, including acting as our HR Manager, and continues to oversee the HR division while ensuring the highest quality of support services across the community.

Her calm leadership, strong work ethic, and ability to navigate complex challenges with grace have made her a trusted and respected figure within our team.

She consistently goes above and beyond, balancing her demanding role with the equally demanding role of being a mum to a busy toddler and she does it all with remarkable composure and heart.

🙏 We are deeply grateful for her dedication, her professionalism, and the positive impact she brings to our workplace every day. Here’s to celebrating her achievements and looking forward to many more years of success together! 🥳

Join us as we mark 125 years of Australia’s Navy with interactive displays, great food, live music and rare behind‑the‑scenes base tours.

Meet the amazing people who make HMAS Stirling run and see the incredible work they do up close.

There will be a flyover by a Royal Australian Air Force PC‑21 and an Australian Army armoured personnel carrier.

🚗 Parking: Limited parking is available at the L & S Recreation Centre – opposite the HMAS Stirling front gate.
