What people have said about this book -

β€œThe best book ever! My daughter reads everytime she’s had big emotions and even knows some of the wording now. Highly recommend!” - Kara M.

β€œThis book was not only helpful for my 6yr old daughter it was helpful for my husband in understanding her. A blessing, I would pull every star from galaxy to rate this book :) thank you” - Bexlei J.

"My 8 year old really likes the book. Got herself stressed by certain factors and she took herself to the book and was reading it. She calmed herself down and said it gave her ideas on how to calm. For example finding her quiet space" Emma H.

"Perfect for my 6 year old. The book explains things so well. My daughter really related to the book and it helped her understand her behaviours and why she feels certain ways. It even helped me understand my own sensory needs too. An excellent buy, would recommend." Leanne M.
