If you have noticed this page being a bit quiet recently, we have changed a few things around on the homestead, including our page.

This has been sitting for about a month now doing its thing, now it is ready to be jarred up and store in the pantry for at least another 1-2 months.

Pantry goals coming along 😍. Should be about a year supply of tomato products after processing 45kg worth of tomatoes. A mix of peeled tomatoes, pasta sauce, tomato sauce, sun dried tomatoes and some tomato salt as to not waste the skins 😋

Next will be pear and apple season 🍐🍏
