Hi lovely yogis! 🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️

As part of my "leaving" (more of a pause!) celebrations, instead of the suggested dinner, I thought maybe we could do a fun little twist — how would you feel about a Highland cow pottery session? 🐮🎨

Creekside pottery studio in Samford would run the session for us, and it's $89 per person (all materials and cow cuteness included). It’ll be a relaxed, creative way to hang out, have a giggle, and make a keepsake together before I go! And maybe we could order some pizzas in for dinner?

The highland cows take approx 3 hours to complete. The lady can accommodate us on Thursday 26/6 anytime from 5pm onwards.

Let me know if you’re keen, I need to confirm numbers 💛

I wanted to share with you all that I’ll be taking a pause from teaching yoga from the end of this term (last class will be on Thursday 26th June). With my husband traveling frequently for work, kids’ extracurriculars in full swing, and the day-to-day juggle of life with a little one, it’s become clear that I need to take a step back and create a bit more space for my family right now.

This hasn’t been an easy decision—I truly love teaching and being part of your wellness journey. But I know this pause is what’s needed for this season of life.

I’m so grateful for your continued support, understanding, and presence over the time we’ve shared together on the mat. I hope to return when the timing is right and will keep you posted when that happens.

In the meantime, please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have questions or just want to stay in touch. I’ll miss you all!

Look forward to seeing you on your mats each Thursday at 7:30pm between now and the end of June.

There will be no yoga class this Thursday 3/4.

Yoga will however continue over the holidays 10/4 and 17/4.
