Sacred Moon Yoga & Meditation will benefit people who are not too familiar with either practice. Ensuring that the pose (asana) is right for you and your body. Incorporated in your yoga lessons will be gentle stretches and relaxation time to finish the session. MEDITATION can sharpen your minds focus and has the ability to correct habit forming thought patterns that you may have created over a lif

e time. Each session will last 1 hour and will include two meditations. I will focus on a different subject each month. My name is Heather Gregory, and I look forward to seeing you in class. Namaste
