Beautiful community 💜

I am writing to let you know (really hard to write and taken a few goes! ) that our Thursday night Yoga will not be starting up again 😭 due to family commitments I just cannot work around!

After 3 years 💗 I have loved seeing you all each week, sharing our yoga practice and fellowship with you ALL 💗💗💗
Thank you for coming each week and being their for each other!
We have donated to many different charities and you have uplifted me and filled my heart with thankfulnesss just by being you!
If you would like to find another class,
I can recommend Angelique at Peace it together... who has has several local 💗💗💗
I will of course let you know if I am going to teach another class on a different day or time.... but for now Sending you SO much LOVE.
I am sorry for the end of this little era... Keep sharing your light that I will so miss! 💗💗💗

So many cannot make tonight, and so I have decided to end term a week early and head off to my sons year 6 graduation instead get together instead... I know you will understand🙏

CORE strength and a special guided relaxation🙌

As towards Christmas people get busy... our donation class this term will be November 14th... the day after World Kindness Day 💛

This term, our class money will go to my dear friends Mike and Molly, and their young family.. as beautiful daughter Bessie goes through treatment for Osteosarcoma.
