A fantastic hub of services put together by - a safe place to talk, to be heard, and to find support.

Whether it’s for yourself or someone you love, there are so many great supports here to help make sense of the hard days and remind you that things can change.

Sometimes the weight we carry is invisible—but it’s real, and you don’t have to carry it alone.

We’re so excited to welcome Dave, the newest member of the Living Mind Psychology team!

David is a Clinical Psychologist who brings warmth, curiosity, and compassion to every session. He works with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, chronic pain, psychosis, substance use, and more — always tailoring therapy to meet your unique needs.

With experience in both hospital and community mental health settings, David creates a safe, supportive space where healing can truly begin.

When he’s not in the therapy room, you’ll find him playing piano or bass guitar, lifting at the gym, getting into board games, or learning French!

He’ll be available for bookings on Wednesdays — starting April 30th!
