We are moving!

Our new store at Warners Bay will be open from Monday 21st September.

You can find us in The Bay Arcade at 8a/478 The Esplanade, Warners Bay (parking at the back of The Esplanade), near Providence Medical Centre and across from Amcal Chemist.

Come in and see our extended range of machines and masks including ApneaSeal custom masks.

We carry replacement parts and accessories for most brands as well as TheraMed pillows to help reduce mask leak and increase comfort while using your CPAP.

We also now offer sleep apnea testing with results available in 24hrs (no doctors referral required) and same day machine clean and service.

We are currently looking for a multi-tasking superstar to assist our Manager at our new location in Warners Bay. This role is part-time 20-25hrs per week with flexible hours to be negotiated with the successful candidate. We are a family-oriented business with a passion for delivering personalised service to meet our client’s CPAP needs.

Your new role will involve:

- On-going training in sleep apnoea testing and therapy
- Providing education and support to clients
- Taking customer enquiries via phone, email and in-store
- Undertaking mask fittings and equipment set-up
- Maintaining our trial machine pool
- Managing stock levels and merchandising
- General office support including advertising as required
- Maintaining social media platforms
- Assisting in the design and implementation of new policies and procedures

The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a background in nursing or healthcare, experience in business, sales or customer service and be passionate about partnering with clients to provide personalised healthcare solutions.

The successful candidate will also be proficient using software packages such as MS Word and MS Excel, internet search engines and social media platforms. Experience in retail sales, store management and stock control will be an advantage. Previous experience in CPAP or medical sales will be highly regarded.

Hope everyone is keeping well and staying safe 😷

I am encouraging everyone to make an appointment if you need to visit the store or where possible order over the phone so we can minimise the amount of people in-store. I am also offering a home delivery service for urgent orders in the Newcastle/Hunter region and free express post on purchases over $50.

I have noticed over the last week some issues with many items on back-order so if you need any spares try to pre-order where possible.

WE ARE OPEN FOR BUSINESS!

We have been speaking to our suppliers regarding stock levels of CPAP equipment and there is currently no issue with stock levels for Resmed, Fisher & Paykel, Philips and BMC. They have informed me that there is the possibility of delays in sending out some items due to issues with freight.

If you feel you may need a replacement part for your mask in the next few weeks, I recommend you place an order now in the event that some parts may be delayed.

To assist those who are choosing to remain at home during this difficult time we are offering FREE Express Post on all phone orders over $50 and a low-cost home visit service to customers in the Newcastle/Hunter Region for new machine setups, therapy assessment, troubleshooting and machine services.

Hi Everyone! Just a reminder to check your CPAP machine filter, especially after all the smoke that has been around.

Also, most health funds will reset your CPAP benefit at the end of this calendar year so it's a great time to consider a new machine, mask, replacement part or CPAP accessory.
