Catherine strives to achieve a real connection with all her students, being sensitive to the energy in the room and the individual needs of those in her class. This will often influence the style and format of each class, encouraging students to safely challenge, nurture and explore themselves in mind, body and spirit. You don't have to be fit, strong or even flexible but will be encouraged to work within your physical capacity to develop a practice at your own individual pace.
