Coast Care Inclusive Support Services We ensure we work with you to meet your individual needs, providing support for those with a disability throughout the Central Coast of NSW.

Coast Care is a boutique disability support service on the Central Coast, providing personalised care and tailored support plans to help individuals and families live with confidence and independence. Our services include Respite, Personal Activities, Support Coordination, Household tasks, Community participation, Support Independent living, Assisted daily living, Life skills.

Taking a break from our usual Friday photo dump to share something close to our hearts 🩵

Today we donated blankets, jumpers, and other essentials to Safe Link Alliance, a local charity doing incredible work supporting people experiencing homelessness and others in crisis across our community.

We’re proud to partner with them to help connect people with the support they need, including assisting those requiring NDIS access and helping guide them through the application process.

Safe Link Alliance also run outreach nights in Wyong on Wednesdays and Gosford on Mondays, providing food, blankets, donated goods, and most importantly, support and connection for those doing it tough. Last week alone they fed over 90 people 🙌

They’re currently setting up a kitchen in Woy Woy and are always looking for volunteers, whether it’s helping prepare meals, handing out supplies, or simply showing up and lending an ear. 🩵
