Tomorrow marks the beginning of the next step in my journey, and I feel so deeply excited and honoured to be stepping into mantra facilitation training under the guidance of Moksha Yoga and Emma Palmer
Mantra came to me as part of my own spiritual and healing path. I had already experienced the power of sound through my work with sound healing and sound baths, but mantra arrived at a time when I needed it most — in perfect divine timing.
There is something so profound about the way sound moves, not only around us but within us, and mantra has opened a deeper doorway into that connection. It has supported me, grounded me, and continues to guide me inward.
I feel truly grateful for the path that continues to unfold before me, and for the opportunities and people who enter my life so divinely. Each step allows me to deepen my relationship with sound, vibration, and the work I feel so called to share.

Ready to hit the reset button? Join Kellie from The Creative Wellness Studio and Rhy from Love Your Temple for a transformative morning of deep release and vibrational healing.

We’ll begin with a nourishing Yin Yoga practice, using long-held, supported shapes to gently open the body and soothe the nervous system. As you settle into stillness, you’ll be immersed in the therapeutic vibrations of a sound bath—using crystal bowls, gongs, and chimes to bring about deep balance on an emotional and physical level.
