We’ll begin with a nourishing Yin Yoga practice, using long-held, supported shapes to gently open the body and soothe the nervous system. As you settle into stillness, you’ll be immersed in the therapeutic vibrations of a sound bath—using crystal bowls, gongs, and chimes to bring about deep balance on an emotional and physical level.

There’s something deeply powerful about not just hearing sound… but becoming it.

This is a Tibetan foot singing bowl — and instead of simply playing it, you step inside it.

When the bowl is struck, the vibration doesn’t just move through the air… it rises up through the feet, legs, hips, and the entire body. It grounds. It anchors. It brings you back home to yourself.
