Last night's catch-up. Ben talked about how the veterans hub is supporting the veteran community.

Dr Sarah Adey was also there where she talking about trauma, gut health, and inflammation. They are all linked.

Sarah also talked about grounding mats and brain spotting treatment.

Next catch-up will be 19th where Tom O'Day will be hosting.

Great news, Sarah Adey will be at the catch up on Thursday night.

For those who don't know Sarah, she is a psychologist who has worked in Warragul for a number of years.

Sarah is also embedded in the Baw Baw Veterans and Family Centre.

Sarah's family has a long history of helping people with her father, Keith, treating many First Responders and Veterans for mental health conditions.
