We offer Venesections right here in our GP clinic.
West Gippsland Medical Clinic is happy to offer a range of minor surgical procedures & treatments without the long wait times.
Pictured below is our Practice Manager Bec completing a Venesection with the help of the wonderful Dr Vipin Vyas.
A Venesection is a procedure where blood is removed from the patient. This can be done for a number of reasons, such as to lower iron levels in patients with Haemochromatosis.

We are thrilled to announce Dr Daniel Shahidian has joined our team!
Daniel has completed additional training with a focus on Skin health, earning a Diploma in Dermoscopy and Skin Cancer Surgery.
This has allowed him to develop a special interest in the diagnoses and surgical management of skin cancers, which he continues to refine his skills in.
Daniel's decision to professionally relocate to Warragul was not a hard one to make, he is attracted to the regions natural beauty, community atmosphere, and opportunities to provide high quality care in a growing rural setting.
We can't blame him 😃
