Bulk Billing Clinic

As of 1st November 2025, West Gippsland Medical Clinic is proud to announce that we will be offering Bulk Billing for all patients.

We believe that quality healthcare should be accessible and affordable for our community, and recent Medicare changes allow us to continue delivering high-quality care with no out-of-pocket costs for standard consultations.
All eligible consultations will be Bulk Billed with a valid Medicare card.

Please note, some appointment types and procedures are not covered by Medicare and will incur an out-of-pocket fee. If you are unsure, please speak with our reception team.

Consultations not eligible for Medicare rebate include:

• Pre-employment medical assessments
• Commercial driving license medicals
• Insurance medical assessments
• Procedures, ( Excisions, Biopsies, Wedge Resections )

We remain committed to providing the highest level of care for all patients across our Warragul and surrounding locations.

Todays spot light is our little Pocket Rocket, Dr Anantha Kollengode! Her Empathy, Compassion and Extremely good listening skills have made her hard to beat!

Dr. Anantha is a passionate GP, dedicated to helping the community and working together with patients to fulfill their needs to the best of her ability. She has worked in various hospitals and has over 3 years of experience in both regional and metro hospitals including La Trobe Regional Health in Traralgon and Monash Medical Centre.
She has rotated across specialties including Emergency, ICU, General Medicine, Paediatrics, Mental Health, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Surgery and Rehabilitation Medicine.
Outside of work her interests include exercising, travel, dancing and hiking.

Dr Anantha commenced with us in January 2025 as a GPT1 Registrar and she has continued on with us now to complete her GPT2 semester. The clinic is certainly a lot brighter with Dr Anantha's warm glow she spreads around!

Todays spotlight is the Wonderful, Compassionate and Altruistic
Dr Jenny Eury!
Dr. Jenny Eury, is a General Practitioner who completed her training at the University of Melbourne. She initially worked in various hospitals and fields before moving to General Practice in 1994. After working in Ashwood, Melbourne, Dr Eury moved to Gippsland and joined WGMC in 2001 after marrying her dairy farmer husband.

Dr Eury's main interests outside of medicine include playing the piano, community involvement, and spending time with her family, especially her two children. Her areas of interest are Antenatal care, Women's health, Aged care, Palliative care, Mental health, Pediatrics, and Chronic disease management.

Todays spotlight is our Fantastic Fellow... Dr Vipin Vyas.
If you have not seen Dr Vyas for your medical needs yet, you may have been playing Cricket with him! He has a beautiful wife and a gorgeous son who love Warragul and give back to our Community two fold.
Dr. Vipin Vyas is a General Practitioner with over a decade of experience, working 5 days a week at 11 Barkly Street. A Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP), He also hold's a Certificate in Primary Care Skin Cancer Medicine and a Certificate in Dermoscopy. Since 2015, he has been serving the rural community of Gippsland, Victoria.
Dr Vyas's areas of interest include Cardiology, Diabetes, General Medicine, Ante natal care, Gynaecology, Minor surgical procedures, Skin cancer, Men’s health, Chronic disease management, and Preventative health.
